About PADI IDC Staff Instructor
The PADI IDC staff instructor course builds on the techniques learnt during the PADI IDC and develops instructor evaluation skills during knowledge, confined and open water presentations. The PADI IDC Staff instructor plays the assistant to the PADI Course Director helping out with administration, logistics, mentoring, evaluating and teaching presentations.
Whilst auditing the IDC you will absorb more information that will enhance your teaching abilities as you get to mentor Divemaster candidates becoming PADI instructors and play a pivotal role in them being successful during their PADI Instructor Examination.

Pre Requisites
- Teaching status PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer.
- Agree to conduct all levels of diver training consistent with the standards and philosophy outlined in the PADI Instructor Manual and PADI Course Director Manual.
- Agree to use the PADI System and its components.
