About Peak Performance Buoyancy

Would you like to dive effortlessly through the ocean, gliding and keeping neutrally buoyant whilst searching the reef or be able to make safety stops without surfacing, then make sure you sign up for your PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy course where you’ll learn how to trim your scuba gear so you’re perfectly balanced in the water, buoyancy checks for proper weighting, how to streamline to save air and move smoothly through the water and how to hover effortlessly in both a vertical position and a horizontal position

Schedule

Duration

The diving will take one day to complete, with two dives on the same day. There will be theory included which will take part on the same day. The recommended training hours is 5. There is two open water training dives during this course.

Pre Requisites

Peak Performance Buoyancy Diver Needs To Be:
  • Certified as a PADI open water diver
  • Or a junior open water diver or have a qualifying certification from another training organization
  • 10 years of age or older.
